Trying to restore file

I have followed the directions of coping the file to restore into the C:/ listed in the instructions and gone through and changed the security etc.  I am trying to restore the file and when I do, I get this error message:

 "Either the system database is prior to 7.0.0.0 ans is incompatible with the current version or you are trying to restore a non-system database over your system database.  The database was not restored."

Nevermind I solved it.  You must type in something new into the first box.  So if you previously typed Sage_Gov_Projects and it is popping up, it will no longer work, type something new.
