Trouble with Log in to the Accounting Module

I have gone through the process of restoring the database in the Admin module.  When I close and try to open the Accounting module I get the following error message:

What to do? Obtain a new activation code or clear the evaluation code in the Administration>System>Activate License selection to remove this warning.

After this message I am suppose to get a Login window, however I do not. I click okay and the program closes.

 Please help.
