I have tried doing this myself, and also looked in the online help and haven't been able to find what I'm looking for.  I have a user defined field called "additional comments" and I need to be able to search this field to look for a specific word entered by users.  (Unfortunately some of our donors used our regular donation form to donate for a specific advocate rather than that advocate's donation form and I need to be able to find these to give credit to the advocates.)

Any suggestions?  I also tried calling support but after I entered my account number the automated message says "we are open between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. eastern time, please call back during those hours."  It's now 9:55 PST.  Oops!  :-)

 Thanks,

Shari

Shari,

What you'll need to do is create a report in Sage Fundraising Online that pulls that "additional comments" field and export into Excel. From Excel you should be able to search for the specific words entered by your users.

Apologies that there wasn't better help to guide you. Let us know if that works.
