You should go ahead and post any questions in the forum as normal but you should not include things like your book code, activation code or email address.
If your issue is too specific to answer in the forum and our support analyst needs to contact you directly, the support analyst can send you a “private message” via the forum, and does not need your email address to do this.
Be sure to check your profile settings to ensure you have allowed others to send you private messages. This is the default setting; so unless you changed it, you should be all set.
