Evaluation Expired-Activation Code Error/Expired

A number of students have reported the following message.

The following Evaluation Items expired 444 days ago:

| A/R Billing...(list continues)

The cause is that you have installed with a previous semesters activation code. To fix this problem

1 - Follow the instructions from your instructor/in the book for using your book code to obtain a new activation code. Alternately you can use the same code that one of your classmates used. The codes are good for 150 days from issue and can be used on multiple installations.

2- Launch the Administration Module. When you log in the first time it may kick you out and you have to log in a second time.

3- Disregard the expired message and go to System>Activate License. Click on the Evaluation Tab.

4- Copy and paste your current activation code into this tab. Click Ok. This should take care of the problem.
